If you are not perfectly satisfied…


At customer satisfaction is always our top priority. 

We handle each query on an individual basis and to the best of our ability. 

While we hope you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a refund or exchange, once we are happy with the condition of the returned garment.

Should you decide you want to return an item (whether for a refund or exchange) please contact us @ within 48 hours of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

We will send an email issuing you with a returns authorisation within 2 working days. 

You have two options:

Returns via Weardrobe Store – 

Simply pop into your local Weardrobe Store with your items, your receipt and your returns form – within 7 days of purchase.

A member of the team will be happy to exchange or refund your items free of charge.


Returns via Post or Courier 

Once you receive the returns authorization, please note it on your returns form and enclose the item(s) you wish to return..

We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are received by us within 10 working days of the returns authorization being issued. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.

We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached - If an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange.

Postage costs will not be refunded. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service. 

We will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post.

Items marked as 'Sale' or 'Clearance' will be marked on invoice as such, and are sold as seen, hence cannot be returned. These items are reduced in cost for this reason.

To return an item, we strongly recommend that you send it by registered delivery/courier service to the address indicated on your returns form as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Cancelling Your Order under the Distance Selling Regulations

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product up to 7 working days after your order has been delivered, as per the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001., provided you give us written notice within 7 working days of receipt.
