By accessing this website you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you may not use and access this website.

Weardrobe.ie is an online service of Weardrobe boutique, Kerry, Ireland provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

We have taken great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible.

However any irregularities will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the appearance of the actual item is absolutely accurate. Before placing an order please read through these terms.

To be eligible to purchase items on this website you must:

  1. Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card

  2. Warrant that the personal information which you required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

  3. By using this site you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these terms.

We may from time to time change these terms at our sole discretion. By using this website after any such change(s) you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the terms as changed.

 

Making a purchase from Weardrobe.ie

When you order an item from Weardrobe.ie you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the website. You place your order from the website by clicking on the ‘confirm order’ button at the end of the on-line order process.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Weardrobe.

Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy set out in section below, our acceptance of your order ant the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us, notifying you that we have dispatched the items ordered by you.

Our acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date of sending of the email, which time and date is specified on the email. The deemed time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control, you have not received that email.

We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or (iii) if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.

We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular item will always be available. If we can’t supply any item we will release the funds being held in your account for this purchase.

 

Payments:

All payments are accepted via Paypal payments, or over the phone using a valid credit or debit card subject to the Paypal payments terms and conditions.

Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is you making the order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We do not hold any personal data. Please visit the Paypal website for any further information required.

 

Price and delivery:

All prices quoted are in euro. Prices indicated for sale via the website will be shown inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. 

Our delivery charges are

 

Within Ireland

Free delivery on purchases over €150.00 (Type FREE150 in discount code)

€5.00 for all Irish delivery addresses (2-7days approx.), 

UK

€10.00 for all UK addresses (3-7 day delivery approx.) 

Europe

€20.00 within the EU (5-10 day delivery approx.)

 

Please note: Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for the local authorities to release the goods.

We deliver worldwide. 

Please order from weardrobe.ie with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as weardrobe.ie cannot be responsible for this.

If your order will not be delivered within the time frame specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that the delivery has been received by you or that person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a note to advise that a delivery has been attempted. Unfortunately we cannot specify specific delivery times during the day.

Returns:

At weardrobe.ie customer satisfaction is always our top priority. 

We handle each query on an individual basis and to the best of our ability. 

While we hope you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a refund or exchange, once we are happy with the condition of the returned garment.

Should you decide you want to return an item (whether for a refund or exchange) please contact us @ info@weardrobe.ie within 48 hours of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

We will send an email issuing you with a returns number within 2 working days. 

You have two options:

Returns via Weardrobe Store – 

Simply pop into your local Weardrobe Store with your items, your receipt and your returns form – within 7 days of purchase.

A member of the team will be happy to exchange or refund your items free of charge.

 

Returns via Post or Courier 

Once you receive the returns number, please note it on your returns form and enclose the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring the returns number is marked clearly on the outside of the parcel.

We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are received by us within 10 working days of the returns number being issued. 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.

We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached - If an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange.

Postage costs will not be refunded. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service. 

We will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post.

Items marked as 'Sale' or 'Clearance' will be marked on invoice as such, and are sold as seen, hence cannot be returned. These items are reduced in cost for this reason.

To return an item, we strongly recommend that you send it by registered delivery/courier service to the address indicated on your returns form as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Cancelling Your Order under the Distance Selling Regulations

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product up to 7 working days after your order has been delivered, as per the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001., provided you give us written notice within 7 working days of receipt. Credit cards

Weardrobe.ie allows orders to be processed through Paypal, or over the phone, using a valid credit or debit card.

Passing of property and risk

We will retain the legal ownership of the items until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert to us if we refund such payment to you.

Risk in the items will pass to you on delivery to you.

 

Copyright and Trade Marks

All content available on the website, including, but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software and the compilation thereof is the property of weardrobe, our affiliates, our partners or our licensors and is protected by Irish and International copyright laws.

 

Limited licence:

We grant you a limited , revocable and non-exclusive licence to access and make personal use of the website. Please note that you may not frame, link to, or utilise any framing or linking techniques to enclose the website or any portion thereof without our prior written consent which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.

The limited licence set forth in this section does not include the right to:

  1. 1. Modify or download the website or its contents (except caching or as necessary to view content)

  2. 2. Make any use of the website or its content other than personal use

  3. 3. Create any derivative work based upon either the website or its content

We will treat all your personal details as confidential and we will only disclose this information in the circumstances set out below.
