We have opened gradually and cautiously so please take a read before you dive back in. 

We’re implementing these policies in order to provide the safest environment possible for our customers & staff.  

While we are getting used to this new normal, our Store hours have changed a little bit for now.

Our opening hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00- 18:00 in Tralee and Killarney.

We are limiting the number of customers in the store at any one time and so we ask for your patience as on occasion, you may have a little wait.

First and foremost, you can’t come in if you’re sick!!! (that means,fever, cough, sore throat, running nose, itchy eyes or are showing ANY other signs of illness!!

Ok, now that you're “in” what can you expect? 

• First, please hand sanitize immediately when entering the store.

• While we can take more, we are currently limiting the number customers in the store at one time, doors may be locked if/when occupancy has been reached.

• We ask that you abide by the 2 metre rule while in store.

• Please keep surface touching to a minimal, please carry your belongings with you while browsing the store (bags, wallet, mobile phone, keys, glasses etc)  

• You are welcome to touch and to try on the clothes in our safe environment - Ok here's the hard part…

• “Try ons”, please be mindful of what you take into the changing rooms as there is a lot of time and care that goes into putting each tried on item back on “the floor”  

• You will be provided with disposable headscarves to use when trying.

• “The Rejects” There is a rail in the changing rooms, any clothing you decide not to purchase please hang on this rail. 

• “The winners!” Yay! You found some pieces that you LOVE! (we’re not surprised) When possible, our preferred method of payment is card, and we will be disinfecting the terminal regularly. 

• Our in-store returns policy remains the same -  2 Days for full refund and 1 week for a credit note

Why not have a browse through our online store and you are welcome to call us if you have any queries. We are also happy to offer a click and collect service - Simply drive up to the front door and we will pop out to you with your package (best to call us first and we will be ready!)
